Pharm D

Pharm D is a course which trains the students to become the Doctor of Pharmacy. t is an integrated six-year course that gives the student a doctorate degree. That includes one year of internship. A Pharm D graduate is of high demand in hospitals and private medical companies with high earning potential. The first and foremost role of a pharmacist is to make the patient feel happy about his health and provide better advices for the patient apart from dispensing medicine. As members of the health care team composed of physicians and nurses, among others, pharmacists have an opportunity for direct involvement with patient care.

Eligibility:-
General Candidates:- Must Have Passed 10+2/PUC From A Recognized University/Board Or Equivalent With 50% Marks.
SC/ST Candidates:- Must Have Passed 10+2/PUC From A Recognized University/Board Or Equivalent With 45% Marks.
Course Duration: The duration of the course shall be six academic years (five years of study and one year of internship or residency) full time with each academic year spread over a period of not less than two hundred working days.

Pharm D course will teach you and help you understand the latest methods of how medicines are prepared, diagnosis and treatment of various diseases, monitoring patients, clinical research as well as drug delivery. Pharm D course majorly focuses on learning the designing and manufacturing aspects of medicines.
