B.Sc. Renal Dialysis Technology

Bachelor of science (Renal Dialysis Technology) or BSc Renal Dialysis Technology is a 4 year undergraduate degree in paramedical sciences. The course is designed to mold students to administer hemodialysis treatments for patients with renal failure, under the governance of a nurse or physician. During this course students learn about the different medical concepts of the kidney, principles of dialysis, dialysis systems and machines, blood chemistries, etc. The students are trained to use various machines for dialysis help in the treatment of patients during this course. A student of this course learns about dialysis prescription, dialyzer maintenance, setup, and monitoring of equipment. It also covers safety, sanitation, documentation, emergency interventions, and communication skills as well.

Eligibility:-
General Candidates:- Must Have Passed 10+2/PUC From A Recognized University/Board Or Equivalent With 50% Marks.
SC/ST Candidates:- Must Have Passed 10+2/PUC From A Recognized University/Board Or Equivalent With 45% Marks.
Course Duration:- 3 Years + One Year Internship.
