B.Sc. MLT (Medical Lab Technology)

Medical Lab Technology is a Professional course where the technologists searches for evidence of presence or absence of a disease and also provide valuable data to measure the effectiveness of treatment through clinical laboratory tests. The course trains the students on various medical laboratory skills that are necessary for diagnosing the ailments in patients using the sophisticated medical equipment’s, reporting of readings obtained, and maintaining the medical laboratory equipment. Medical Lab technologist work in different areas of clinical laboratory like Blood banking, Clinical Biochemistry, Hematology, Immunology, Microbiology, cytotechnology, phlebotomy, urine analysis, coagulation studies, parasitology, serology, clinical pathology, histopathology, immunocytochemistry and cytogenetics.

Eligibility:-
General Candidates:- Must Have Passed 10+2/PUC From A Recognized University/Board Or Equivalent With 50% Marks.
SC/ST Candidates:- Must Have Passed 10+2/PUC From A Recognized University/Board Or Equivalent With 45% Marks.
Course Duration:- 3 Years + A Half-Year Internship.
