D. Pharm – Diploma in Pharmacy

Diploma in Pharmacy is a short-term program for aspirants who want to foray into pharmaceutical business and pharmacy jobs. The program covers basic pharmacy education including the application of chemistry in the pharmaceutical industry, concepts of biochemistry, pharmacology and toxicology. Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) is a career-oriented diploma course in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. The course is designed to familiarise students with the basic concepts of pharmaceuticals. The main aim of the course is to train students for entry-level positions in retail pharmacy as well as pharmaceutical companies with the required skills and academic knowledge.

Duration : 2 Years
Eligibility for the course :
Candidates should have possessed at least 50% in 10+2 exams from any recognized board with Science as a mandatory subject.
In case of students belonging to SC / ST / Category–I / OBC, the minimum percentage of marks for admission to M. Pharmacy course shall be not less than 45% in B. Pharmacy.
Minimum age i.e. 17 years during the admission.
